How fulfillment works — from inquiry to shipped parcel
Switching to fulfillment sounds complex, but with us it's a matter of a few steps and a few days. We'll show you exactly how it works and what we need from you.
5 steps of working together
Inquiry & consultation
You message us via the form and tell us about your e-shop — what you sell, how many orders a month you handle and what troubles you most. Together we go through your situation and advise the best setup. It's all completely free — first we want to understand exactly what you need.
Free tailored price quote
Based on order count, item type and size and delivery method we prepare a concrete tailored quote — transparently and with no hidden items. You'll see exactly what warehousing, packing and shipping will cost. Up to this step everything is purely informational and nothing binds you.
E-shop & delivery connection
Once the quote is approved we connect your e-shop platform to the warehouse so orders come to us automatically. We also set up courier services and delivery options that suit your customers. We handle the technical integration details — you don't need to be a developer.
Stocking your goods
We agree on transport and take your goods into the warehouse. On receipt we check, count and record everything in the system so you have an exact stock overview. We store the goods in suitable positions and prepare them for immediate dispatch.
We ship, you sell
From now on we pick, pack and ship orders straight to your customers — fast and error-free. You can focus fully on sales and marketing. Meanwhile you keep a constant overview through regular reporting and a direct contact who knows your e-shop.

We connect to your e-shop platform so orders come straight to us. We have ready-made integrations for UNAS, WooCommerce and Shopify; if you use a different platform, we can build a custom one.

Orders placed before 12:00 ship the same day
Orders received before 12:00 are dispatched the same business day. Delivery to Slovakia and Hungary typically takes one business day, to neighbouring countries up to 2 business days and to the rest of the EU 2–3 business days.
How fast we start
Once the quote is approved, onboarding takes days, not weeks. We connect the e-shop, take over the goods and start shipping. No long waiting.
